Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The program is open to students of classes 9-12 or pursuing their undergraduate courses at colleges, currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution.
2. Application Process: Interested students must submit a completed application form and also send a WhatsApp video of why they want to participate in this program. Aarla reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion.
3. Selection Criteria: Participants will be selected based on their passion for entrepreneurship, relevant skills and experiences, and their ability to contribute to the program.
4. Program Duration: The Student Entrepreneurship Program is a one-day event held during specific city events as determined by Aarla. Participants must be available on the specified date.
5. Compensation: Participants will receive an honorarium for their participation in the program. The exact amount will be decided based on the effectiveness of the participant.
6. Training: Selected participants will undergo a training session conducted by Aarla's team to familiarize them with the brand, products, and sales techniques. Attendance at the training session is mandatory.
7. Responsibilities: Participants will be assigned specific tasks and responsibilities during the event, including manning the Aarla stall, engaging with customers, and promoting Aarla's products. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to Aarla's brand guidelines.
8. Attire: Participants will be provided with an Aarla t-shirt to wear during the event. The t-shirt represents the team spirit and serves as a live model for Aarla's products.
9. Food and Refreshments: Aarla will provide participants with food and refreshments throughout the event to ensure their comfort and well-being.
10. Liability: Aarla will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the participants during the program. However, participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions.
11. Confidentiality: Participants may be exposed to confidential information during the program. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed to them.
12. Termination: Aarla reserves the right to terminate the participation of any student who fails to comply with the program guidelines, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or violates any terms and conditions.
13. Modification of Terms: Aarla reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
14. Communication and Event Participation: Selected students will be added to an email and/or WhatsApp group dedicated to program communication. Aarla will use this platform to inform participants about upcoming events and call for volunteers. Students can nominate themselves for events based on their availability and convenience.
15. Event Selection and Training: Aarla will choose the team of participants for each event and notify them well in advance. This allows sufficient time for training and preparation. Participants are required to attend the designated training session prior to each event to ensure they are well-prepared.
16. Year-Round Opportunities: The Aarla Student Entrepreneurship Program offers events and opportunities throughout the year. Aarla strives to provide ample chances for students to participate and gain valuable entrepreneurial experience.
17. Certificate of Completion: To be eligible for the certificate of completion for the program, a student is expected to actively participate in at least two events. This requirement ensures that students have a well-rounded experience and a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship through practical involvement.

Application Procedure:
1. To apply for the Aarla Student Entrepreneurship Program, students need to complete the application form available here .2. In addition to the application form, students are required to create a short video under 2 minutes explaining why they want to participate in the program. The video should be sent to the provided WhatsApp number (+919884611931).
3. After reviewing the applications, Aarla will notify the selected students and send them a formal offer letter.
4. Upon receiving the offer, students must accept it by signing the letter. They will also need to provide consent from their parents and a bonafide certificate from their educational institution.
5. Accepted students will be added to the program's communication channels, where they can nominate themselves for upcoming events. Other students who are not selected can still attend the events as audience members to observe and learn.
6. Each student is expected to participate in a minimum of two events throughout the year.
7. At the end of the program, which is held twice a year, students who have successfully completed the program will be awarded a formal certificate of completion.
8. The schedule for the certificate distribution will be communicated to the students when they complete the program.
Program Structure
- Cohort Duration: Each program will span a duration of 4-6 months, allowing students to have an in-depth and immersive experience in entrepreneurship.
- Stall Responsibilities: Each student enrolled in the program will be assigned the responsibility of manning at least two Aarla stalls. This hands-on experience will give them practical exposure to various aspects of running a business, such as customer interaction, sales techniques, and product presentation.
- Expert Sessions: As part of the program, Aarla will organize online sessions where experts from different fields will be invited to share their insights and knowledge with the students. These experts will cover areas such as HR, Marketing, Sales, Management, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support. The sessions will provide valuable guidance and mentorship to the young minds, enhancing their understanding of these key aspects of entrepreneurship.
- Knowledge Sharing Sessions: To foster a culture of learning and collaboration, students from the latest stall will have the opportunity to present their experiences and learnings to their peers. These knowledge sharing sessions will allow students to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and showcase their achievements. The presentations, along with the sales generated and feedback from customers, will be evaluated for relevant awards at the end of the cohort.
- Time Commitment: Throughout the cohort duration of 4-6 months, students will engage in approximately 2 hours per month for expert sessions and knowledge sharing activities. Additionally, they will dedicate a minimum of 2 full days (weekends) to fulfill their stall hosting duties during the cohort duration.
