Cancellation and Refund

At Aarla, we put a lot of care into creating and shipping our products, and we aim to make every order a happy experience. As a small creative brand, we currently do not have the ability to reprocess returned items. Our policies below help us serve you responsibly while keeping our operations smooth.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations can be accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Once an order has been processed or packed for dispatch, we may not be able to cancel it.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not encourage returns or exchanges, as we do not have the facility to reprocess products once they leave our studio. Please review sizes, product details and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please email us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified at our end, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Product Not as Expected
If something feels different from what you expected, please reach out within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the concern and help with the best possible solution.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, please allow 6–8 working days for it to reflect in your account. Refund timelines may vary slightly as they are routed through our payment gateway and are subject to their processing schedules.
